A total of 19 cosy two-story family houses with a gable roof, their own garage and a garden in the local part of the village of Pecky in the Central Bohemia region offer a comfortable living in the countryside, yet within easy reach of Praha and other cities. The name of the project refers to the street leading to the local playground with a pub in Velke Chvalovice. Pecky is located about 15 km from Kolin and 10 km from Podcbrady. Thanks to their location on the main railway line Praha-Kolin-Ceska Trebova and the nearby highway D11 Praha-Hradec Kralove, the region has excellent transport connections to Praha, Hradec Kralove and surrounding cities. You can get to Praha by car in about 45 minutes, by train in 35 minutes. The scenic village of Pecky in the Nymburk basin offers all important services: schools, kindergarten, health and care services, as well as the basis for many sports and cultural activities.
